Individual Therapy

Individuals join a trained therapist for one-on-one consultations in a safe and open setting. Weekly individual therapy sessions generally last 50 minutes. Individual sessions address your personal needs. Each client is evaluated and assessed during their initial visit(s). Together with the therapist you determine the goals that you would like to work on in your sessions going forward. Once treatment goals have been established the psychotherapy visits will address the clients' difficulties and throughout treatment the therapist will "check in" to ensure that the clients needs are being met by the therapeutic process.

Relationship Counseling

For couples who have run into emotional trouble or just want to make sure their relationship gets off to a healthy start, relationship counseling is highly valuable. Sometimes a relationship can get off track, turn in to a daily power struggle and somehow we lose our perspective. Counseling can help to reintroduce a more productive dialogue back into the relationship. With a little time and some counseling your relationship can be back on track.

Family Therapy

Therapist-led family therapy is useful both as a supplement and an alternative to individual therapy. It provides real-life feedback and interaction among family members to increase communication, enhance the roles that each member of the family has within the family dynamic, re-establish the family structure and provide conflict resolution while building on the strengths of each person within the group.
